Savannah DiGregorio is a southern writer and academic. She received her master’s degree from the University of Mississippi. Currently, she is a PhD candidate at Vanderbilt University where she works to recover the cultural histories of race and the nonhuman in the US South and beyond. Her critical and creative writing is published in ISLE: Interdisciplinary Studies of Literature and the Environment, Épistémocritique, and Hobart Pulp.
