Hannah Kim

Hannah Kim is a translator and writer based in Seoul, South Korea. She has a master’s degree in Korean–English interpretation from Ewha University, as well as a master’s degree in Korean Studies from Yonsei University. She was the 2024 American Literary Translator’s Association (ALTA) Korean Prose mentee under Janet Hong. She leads literary seminars at Literary Arts and has taught literary translation at LTI Korea. Her translations can be found in the Southern Review, the Georgia Review, Korean Literature Now (KLN), and Koreana. She has translated the works of authors including Woo Dayoung, Min Byung-Hun, Kim Soom, Seo Ije and Kim Chun-young (forthcoming).
