Franky D. Gonzalez

Franky D. Gonzalez is a Colombian-American playwright whose work has been featured with The Mid-America Theatre Conference, The Midwest Dramatists Conference, PEN America's Inaugural Writer's Resist, the Kitchen Dog Theater One-Minute Play Festival, and elsewhere. His play “Even Flowers Bloom in Hell, Sometimes” was selected for development by the Repertorio Español’s Nuestras Voces National Playwriting Competition, the Great Plains Theatre Conference, The Lark's 25th Annual Playwright's Week and was also a semi-finalist for the Eugene O’Neill National Playwrights Conference. Franky lives and works in Dallas, where he is the Dallas-Fort Worth Regional Representative for the Dramatist’s Guild.
