Bettina Judd

Bettina Judd is a writer, artist, and performer. She is an Assistant Professor of Gender, Women, and Sexuality studies at the University of Washington, Seattle and teaches courses in Black feminist thought and Black women’s cultural production. Her first book of poems, PATIENT. won the Hudson Book Prize and is about the legacy of medical display and experimentation on Black women’s bodies.
