Rachel Kimelfeld aspired to be a writer from the age of six, when she filled notebooks with misspelled poetry, descriptions of her family, and musical scripts. She developed her craft as she grew up outside of Boston and at Vassar College. After traveling through Latin America and living in New York City collecting inspiration, she has settled with her husband and two daughters in Seattle, finally ready to realize the dream. Her writing centers on motherhood and the modern female experience.
