Megan Dorame is a Tongva womxn, Indigenous to the Los Angeles Basin. She lives and works in Hotuuknga, Santa Ana, California with her partner and two dogs. Megan holds a BA in Anthropology and Native American Studies from the University of Oklahoma and is active in the revitalization of the Tongva language. Her poetry has appeared in The Ear and Dryland LA.
