In a past life, Katrina Knebel was a high school English teacher. Currently, she is pursuing an MFA at Washington University in St. Louis where she is the creative nonfiction editor for The Spectacle magazine. Her writing has appeared in The Rumpus, Sou’wester, Blue Earth Review, Spry, Away, After Happy Hour Review, and Hippocampus Magazine.
