Kassie Rene is an American writer, editor, and social strategist currently based in London. Her creative nonfiction has appeared in Hobart Pulp, Rejection Letters, and elsewhere. In 2025, her essay “My Super Is Just Like Every Man In My Life” was selected as a finalist & honorable mention for the Terry Tempest Williams Prize by her home country’s oldest literary magazine, North American Review. Kassie received a BS from the University of Texas and is currently pursuing an MA in Creative Writing & Publishing at City St. George’s University of London.
