Karen Cheung

Karen Cheung is a journalist and writer from Hong Kong. She is currently a senior reporter at Hong Kong Free Press. She is also the Hong Kong desk editor at ArtAsiaPacific and a co-founding editor of Still / Loud. Her poetry has been published in Cha: An Asian Literary Journal and she has written for for Al Jazeera, the LARB China Channel, openDemocracy and Hong Kong Review of Books, amongst others. In 2016, she was named one of The Coffeelicious' favourite women writers. She is a BA (Literary Studies) and LLB graduate from the University of Hong Kong.
