Joy Katz has three poetry collections, most recently All You Do Is Perceive (Four Way, 2013). Her new manuscript, The Color Cure, documents every minute of whiteness in her life. She also writes nonfiction, covering tennis, sentimentality, neighborhoods, baby poetics, and other things. A past NEA and Stegner fellow, she collaborates in the activist art collective IfYouReallyLoveMe, based in Pittsburgh, and teaches in Carlow University’s Madwomen in the Attic writing workshops for women.
