Hari Alluri

Hari Alluri immigrated to South Vancouver, Coast Salish territories at age 12 and currently writes in San Diego, Kumeyaay land. Gratitude. Word. He is a co-founding editor of Locked Horn Press, a facilitator, and a poet. His writing communities include VONA, Las Dos Brujas, and SDSU, plus, always, family (blood and chosen), crucial activist orgs, and crews. The following journals, venue and anthology include Hari's most recent work: B O D Y, Chautauqua, Poetry International, Word Riot, Split This Rock, and Dismantle (Thread Makes Blanket). His first collection is Carving Ashes (CiCAC). The Promise of Rust (Mouthfeel), a chapbook, is forthcoming.
