Enis Maci was born in 1993 and studies creative writing in Leipzig. Her works have appeared in anthologies and magazines, and performances of her texts were featured at Forum Freies Theater Düsseldorf, Leipzig Off-Theater, and Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin. She was awarded Literaturbüro Ruhr’s Promotional Prize 2010, and was nominated for the Osnabrück Playwrights’ Award. In 2015/16 she will participate in the writers’ workshop “Die Flucht, die mich bedingt” at Maxim Gorki Theater.
