Dan Hernandez is from Aurora, Colorado. He graduated from the MFA program at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and was a fiction fellow at the Writers’ Institute at the CUNY Graduate Center. His nonfiction has appeared in The Guardian, The New York Times, The Millions, The Daily Beast and Salon. “All The Hard Ways” is his first published work of fiction.
