Caroline Tracey

Caroline Tracey is a writer and geography PhD student at the University of California, Berkeley. Originally from Colorado, she received a BA in Russian Literature from Yale University. In 2014-15 she held a Fulbright research grant to Kyrgyzstan, where she wrote about landscape and environment in Kyrgyz literature while living in Aitmatov's home province of Talas. Her writing has appeared in Open Space, Drunken Boat, 3:AM, and elsewhere, and is forthcoming from New South and Western Humanities Quarterly. Find her at cetracey.wordpress.com and @seaisrisn.
