Anu Kandikuppa's essays, flash fiction, and short stories have appeared or will appear in Calyx, Epiphany, Michigan Quarterly Review, The Cincinnati Review (miCRo), The Florida Review, The Rumpus, and other journals, and have received Pushcart, Best of the Net, and Best Microfiction nominations. Anu holds an MFA from the Program for Writers at Warren Wilson College and worked as an economics consultant in a former life. She lives in Boston.
