Annette Covrigaru

Annette Covrigaru is a gay/trans anti-zionist Jewish writer and photographer from Long Island, NY, where they pay roller derby as Mazel Cov! They hold a Holocaust Studies MA from University of Haifa and are currently pursuing a MLIS from Queens College. Annette is the author of the chapbook Reality In Bloom (Ursus Americanus Press, 2020). Their prose and poetry have been supported by fellowships and residencies from Tin House, Lambda Literary, and SAFTA. A collection of their work lives online at their website.
