Story of My Hands is a creative collaboration between Amanda Monti (writer) and Catherine Please (visual artist).

Amanda Monti is a cross disciplinary poet and translator from Germany, based in Queens. They are the author of a chapbook Mycelial Person (Vegetarian Alcoholic Press), a radio play Spore Radical (Montez Press Radio), as well as essays on queer ecology. Their current project is a collaborative sieve book. Amanda holds an MFA in Poetry & Literary Activism from the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn and can be found in the plant shop or on the internet:

Catherine Please is a multimedia artist from Boston, MA. She does freelance work at pleasedco.com , has many personal art projects in various stages of finished and loves a good collaboration. She just learned the term 'geriatric millennial' and feels that it is an accurate description of herself.
