Mark Zastrow

Mark Zastrow is a science writer based in Seoul. He’s written for Nature, New Scientist, NOVA Next, and other outlets. Born in Seoul and adopted at three months old, he grew up in Minnesota and has master’s degrees in astronomy and science journalism from Boston University. He now lives in the same neighborhood where he was relinquished, and he freelances with words and photos. He’s also a licensed pilot and devout Formula 1 fan.
